The project paper should orient all partners (student, project client, university) about the project start/progress, highlight the transfer performance to date and publish the corporate benefits of the project work realised up to then.
The project of the student is the focus of the written work and the presentation. A first project paper very often provides formulating a project design or planning the project based on the project specification. The basis here is the content of the corresponding SUB modules/seminars in which all relevant contents and tools have been imparted: project initiation, integration of the project objectives in the company, division or department/team objectives, project order, project structure plan, project schedule, work packages etc. can be presented and discussed in a problem-oriented way. Opportunities and possibilities of the project such as the project risks and possible stumbling blocks also play a role thereby. It should also be shown how the student(s) would like to minimise the risks and bypass possible difficulties.
A further possibility is the project and transfer related use of tools which has been imparted in the SUB modules/seminars for practical business management. For example, this can be company analyses, success factor analyses, customer and competitor analyses, SWOT analyses etc. However, project-related management and employee surveys which are useful for the further continuation of the project are also conceivable.
It is always important for all content options to present the results and discuss them critically, consider obstacles, reflect about implementation resistance and show alternative solutions.
