                                        Objectives
                                     At the end of the course, students are expected to: - be able to assess their own leadership skills, - understand the specific dynamics arising through teamwork, - learn basic Team building concepts, - learn how to handle conflict situations and - be able to lead a group and delegate tasks, even without formal authority.

                                        Teaching Methods
                                     The first part of the course will present the theoretical foundation through classical lecturing, supported by self-learning in terms of reading. The course will then become more interactive and attendees will have the opportunity to assess their leadership and be aware of their impact on others through exercises and group activities.
