Short description

Being part of a holistic human resources approach, this competence management course will be relevant for attendees on two levels. On the one hand they will be introduced to a framework aiming to assess and develop their own skills and competencies. On the other hand, they will learn how to use the gained knowledge to strengthen the human capital in their companies by developing and retaining talents.

Objectives

The participants will:

acquire techniques for skills developing needed for self-organized, creative, complex, open and risk-loaded situations,

acquire techniques for upgrading competences for business efficiency,

acquire techniques for assessing employees,

become familiar with methods of competence assessment and

become familiar with possibilities and limitations of targeted skills development through a critical analysis and they will become able to assess it.
