F8 Leadership & Competencies I
Short description
As an organizational environment is becoming more and more collaborative, future leaders have to rely on 'soft skills' to successfully lead their team or organization. In this module, attendees themselves will become the central topic. They will get acquainted with their own impact on others and learn concepts and techniques to improve it.
Objectives
The participants will: - understand leadership and social skills as factors of business competitiveness, - acquire knowledge related to the personal self-assessment and methods for improving it, - acquire knowledge needed to understand Work and Organizational Psychology, - develop competence needed for human resource management as a source of sustainable competitive advantage and - understand human skills as a specific form of human capital.
The participants will:
