Short description

The course will provide necessary knowledge for understanding institutional surroundings influencing business processes. In order to start a business, the knowledge about different structures, taxes, trade agreements, contracts, export issues is needed.

Objectives

The participants:

- will gain an overview of the economically relevant national and international legal areas,

- will acquire a basic understanding of commercial law issues,

- will acquire skills for dealing with lawyers and attorneys in practice,

- will learn the basic rules of the national contract law,

- will know the most important corporate forms and relevant criteria for the selection of legal structure,

- will know the key contents of the capital market and law of negotiable instruments,

- will know the cornerstones of the competition and antitrust laws, and

- will have a basic understanding for the internationalization of business law matters.
